Cheesey leek and potato to be precise. As with so many things, it was much nicer the second day and the carrots and bean went with it well too. More space in the freezer too, pastry that's been lurking for a while has gone so all good

Gareth and I spent the day looking at lists - checking them once and checking them twice. Trying to make sure that everything is on track and that everyone knows what they're doing.

The one certainty on a job like this is that something will go wrong - things are changing at such a pace and the work is happening so fast that it's almost inevitable. One of our most important jobs is to try to minimise the effect of these.
