preparations

The onslaught of Christmas adverts has made me feel very unprepared (I think that's their aim). We don't really have any Christmas decorations so me and a friend spent the afternoon making things from clay.

Andy has a new bike, he persuaded a friend to come down from Dundee and watch him build it this morning before they set off to test it out in Innerleithen. Apparently it's really good!

We also managed to spill quite a lot of mulled wine on the carpet which now smells of damp dog!
