Civic Dignity

Perth & Kinross Council held its St Andrew's Day Parade in Crieff this morning. It's a very formal affiar as you can see and includes the High Constables as well but Liz & Bob* were the most colourful of the lot!! On such a raw day they were a wonderful splash of colour!
