November Challenge: Day 25 ....

Patina. Purple.

OMG .... do you know how hard it is to find purple patina! But I knew it was going to be difficult when I saw these two challenges together.

After searching around the house for something and coming up empty, I headed out to a place that I thought would have what I was looking for. They had some interesting stuff, but not exactly what I wanted.

And then on the way home I remembered this old 1947 Ford truck that has been wasting away in Bethlehem. I was sure that not only would it be rusted out but there had to be some patina there somewhere. And lucky for me, the Ford emblem had faded to a purple-ish blue color.
