Mulled wine

So we brought another week of work behind us. Only about 2,000 of those left for me...

But hey, the upside is the Christkindlmärkte (Christmas markets) have started in Munich this monday and therefore there is a new socially accepted reason to drink medically not recommendable amounts of alcoholic beverages in public. The typical Christmas drink in Bavaria is not - as you may be inclined to think - warm beer, but Glühwein, a hot spiced wine.

Today's blip shows a perfect stranger in front of a Glühweinstand (mulled wine stall) at the awfully touristy Christmas market at Marienplatz.
