Grey

It's very grey today but not as cold as it has been, about 6 degrees, although it's windy.

This morning we're going looking for a new wood-burner for the Mas. Yesterday we left Jasper there for a few hours and it was so cold inside that we took pity on him and lit the fire. The cast iron heated up too quickly and CRACK, the back of the top of it has split again and opened up Steve's weld where he'd mended it last year. You can't win them all!

Edit: We managed to find one half an hour away without any bother. Now the flue nightmare begins.
