Happy all round..more off the weight and after my next walk will have definitely made the halfway mark, which is already much further than I set myself to do in 7 months last year so as long as I keep this pace up I know I can do it.
Also I've just noticed how I've started to add + to the weight numbers!!!!! Hope I can knock the + off next (in the right direction of course!!)
