Do I smell cake?

Saturday is a good day for baking!
Last week I managed to ruin a recipe for a great orange cake that my friend bakes regularly by over modifying it. Yep it was a disaster!
So today I decided to go for a new recipe for an old traditional- banana bread! This time I have made it too sweet, must be a sign I should really make a salad instead!
