In Memoriam

This afternoon we went to the annual Star Dedication Service at Northycote Farm, a small farm on the outskirts of Wolverhampton. Stars are bought, you write a dedication on them and they're laminated before being hung on the large, outdoor Christmas tree at the front of the farm. Proceeds go to the air ambulance charity. I dedicated my star to my late grandparents, who were sadly lost in early 2012 and are still very missed. It seemed fitting, today would have been my grandad's 90th birthday. We thought we'd given some money to the animals too and bought some mince pies in the tearooms.
