Surprise!

I was walking my usual route this morning along the Susquehanna River and looking for something interesting to blip. It was very foggy and gray, and in spite of that I spotted this beautiful bald eagle high up in a tree on a small island in the middle of the river. I experimented with different exposures and lighting on my camera and this is the best I could do.

Finally the yard and driveway are melting - still not completely, though. Temperatures very mild today, thankfully.
