Lavender

The two small Lavender plants are in flower, but the three large clumps aren't because I pruned them extremely hard after they'd finished flowering the last time. They do say that you should never cut into the old wood, but I have in the past and the plants have comeback with a vengeance, so I did it again but we'll probably have to wait until next year for any real growth.

This afternoon is bookmarked for re-arranging the chimney at the Mas to accommodate the new wood-burner, and Steve has uttered the sentence that he ought to have kept to himself, "It shouldn't really take long at all!" We will see, but in any case I won't be there to hear the swearing, it's a knitting afternoon.
