BANC's 20th Birthday

Blackheath Area Neighbourhood Centre celebrated it's 20th birthday tonight. What a great evening with so many fabulous community members present and it's history celebrated with speeches from key people from the past.

BANC has become an important pivotal body for the community - congratulations to all those involved (including my Bob who was a management committee member some years ago).

Here are three fellows from the disabilities drumming group - clearly having a wonderful time - in fact they didn't want to stop! Everyone loved them - and why wouldn't you?

In other news, Mum's results were excellent today (whizzed up and down to Sydney) - surgery next week.
