Zoe has brought up three of her gorgeous physio friends from Newcastle to stay the night. I always love having the young things here - they have, without fail, been such pleasant company and so impressive. Nice to feel good about the future, when other things are less than inspiring.

This is Cass. She got engaged last week and is sporting a rather impressive sparkly thing on her finger.
