Brittle

We buy these every time we go to France. There’s a branch of Roland Reaute (we call it Roland Rat) just outside Limoges near where my brother lived and we go there every trip to buy these delicate, fragile and brittle biscuits. They are great to eat with mousses and ice cream or just on their own with coffee. The downside of them is that whenever you try to take one out of the packet they are so brittle that usually you break about three of them which you then have to eat!! It’s worth it though because they taste delicious.

Note: Only about a third of a pack was eaten during the creation of this blip..... which is not bad for me!!
