Snow, Sleet, Rain and Sun!

... all rolled up in one! It snowed during the night, and at 4:30 am, It was too dark for pictures and I guess I finally fell back to sleep, but when I awoke, this is all I had to show for it. The snow melted rapidly when the sun was beating down, but not before some sleet and rain joined the mix. This was on the back deck, however I would not have ventured down the steep and slippery steps on the side of the house that was not getting any sun. The patterns that were left, offered me a rather slushy mess with tones of the abstract.

Sunny day, but somehow gloomy none the less. Decorations are about done and I am working on the menu for Christmas Dinner at our house!
