The Channel in the Rocks

12.9C with some cloud and a few bright spells in the middle of the day. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. As we walked down the road to the shore some patches of blue sky were evident and down at the shore it was bright. Almost sunny.

This shot not long after low tide shows Valhalla VI in the main channel in the rocks and the dingy on the sand. To the right, and just in front of the pole with the triangle on top, you might be able to make out the channel they use when some shelter is required. It has rocks to the seaward side which give some protection from the waves.

Maeve and I came back up the road again to be back in time for the arrival of a parcel. The courier had emailed over the weekend and let us pick the delivery day and then again this morning with a one hour delivery window. The man and van arrived two minutes into the time they gave. Perfect.
