Sunrise
Beautiful sunrise and mainly sunny day which I spent mainly in meetings.
The new Christmas porter brewed at the weekend is fermenting well having already dropped from an SG of 1055 to 1020. Keeping the fermenter in the fridge with the brew belt seems to be working well.
