...peeking through the snow

makes a statement - in the midst of all the sheer whiteness surrounding it - the yellow sticking out - seeming to be a bit freeze dried perhaps - over these days that we've been stuck in such cold temperatures - it was a cheery sight to see - as i crunched through a snow packed trail - taking delight in the sun dancing on my face - finally feeling some natural warmth - versus frigid air pummeling me - it was nice to be able to venture outside without such a threat of immediate frostbite - and noticing this little spot of yellow was like - icing on the cake - an immediate pleasure - making for...
