This dog caught the same bus home from work today as I did. She reminded me of Geisha, ClarissaFox's Akita that died last year. I bet she didn't spend her whole day in meetings discussing research degrees…

Exercise today: morning loops (for the first time since 12th November due to Mr hazelh's injury) in 30'02", then sit-ups, followed by 1 hour walk to work.
