Steve Jobs screen print

Today it was my friend D's birthday. Her birthday treat was a trip to see the excellent and highly-recommended Limbo at St Andrew Square. Afterwards we toasted the birthday girl with Champagne at the Voodoo Rooms.

One of D's presents was a screen print of Steve Jobs created by Douglas Coupland in the early 1990s. Our friend A picked this up (amongst other things) from a reading event that featured Coupland in Boston in 1995. The screen print is stamped and signed by Coupland.

I must say that I would have liked to have received such a present: it would go nicely with my Dilbert cartoon that is signed by Scott Adams.

Exercise today: lots! Morning loops at 06:00 in 29'45" followed by sit-ups, then long walk to work (1.5 hours), then long walk to a reception at the Scottish Parliament (another 1.5 hours), then back up to town for the show, and home again (another 45 minutes).

[PS - Just spotted that this is my 700th entry]
