Hard work today. Finished work feeling exhausted, emotional and in need of closure.

Sam finished work not knowing what he had done that day as he pretty much sleptwalked through it.

So, with us both being exhausted, the last place we should've been was bowling but our names were down for the team, so we went, played and lost, (as expected).
