Sky Bike

Got a free* coffee on the way to work this morning from the Macmillan coffee morning in Festival Square today (supported by Starbucks) and it looked like they were setting up for something, so I took a trip back at lunchtime.

There was a BMX bike display with some guy doing unbelievable things on his bike on a scaffold frame and platforms and - see above - basically flying flying. Such great control!

At this point the guy (Gareth somebody - anyone know?) had lept of a platform about 10 feet in the air across a metre gap and down to about 3 feet to land exactly between another guys legs.

Don't believe me? Here's the after shot just after he bunny-hopped over his leg and then down onto the ground.

COOL!

LOTD: The Second Half of Life's "Fairy Dreams" blip is just sublime. Great timing & composition. I also loved viridiana's high heels blip such a bold crop and an evocative frame-worthy shot too.
