"John In The Surf"..

...Early this morning - the water was beautiful and not only was he in the Surf but I was totally drenched getting this shot as I had to go out a way, but I don't mind ofcourse, it's pretty nice right there..

...Swimming in the river is just a little different - no surf there, only when the old paddle steamers scoot past, we get a bit of Wash, and that's the sum total of Surf on the River...!!

....He had a lovely swim be it short, but we are heading out for lunch together with some of John's family and April-Louise is picking us up in a short while..it'll be nice to see them, after all, we've known them for over 50 years..they live not far from here, well some of them - there are 9 children..

...Yes, John's going to have to take up blipping himself isn't he!!
