Okay, GadgetKid beat me to this date, drats!!

Today is a special anniversary for us as we arrived in Hong Kong 8 years ago today. It's whizzed by and we had no idea about the blessings that awaited us here, despite all we said goodbye to and miss so dearly.

But it certainly feels like home considering this nomadic lifestyle we lead and I know it'll be painful leaving, when that sad time comes. Let's hope not for a looooong time yet.

Had a day out in town today to meet a friend passing through and also to pick up some cake supplies. Met up with Martin for a brief Christmas shop as he was on his lunch break ... more to come. Took this picture of the white Christmas tree in Exchange Square, not a fan of the white but absolutely loved the decorations on it.

Hopefully will be a restful weekend! Wishing you all just that.
