Bride's Bouquet

We travelled up to Staffordshire today for our nephew's wedding. We had to take two cars, because there was no room for passengers in mine: it was stuffed back to front, floor to roof with wreaths, table floral arrangements and fresh cut flowers. In order to ensure the flowers arrived in the best possible condition, I was driving with the air conditioning set to a low temperature - and I was freezing by the time we arrived.

This evening, my wife was making some of the final preparations, including the bride's bouquet, seen here. This will sit in a bucket of water overnight and, first thing in the morning, it will be wrapped, buttonholes and corsages will be made, and all will be delivered to the wedding venue.
