christmas joy?

The children gently hung each precious decoration on to the tree as soft Christmas music played in the background - the fire roaring, mulled wine warming and snow falling...

Yeah right - so this image might look like it was a beautiful moment but the reality was...the girls bickered over who was to place the angel on the top, the youngest hid the chocolate decorations at the bottom so she could eat them and the boys remained obvious to it all - playing mine craft and there was no snow nor mulled wine!

Still it looks beautiful twinkling in our living room especially when they are all sound asleep!
