Taking Responsibility for Homelessness

Queen Street on the Corner of Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Until the great mass of the people shall be filled with the sense of responsibility for each other's welfare, social justice can never be attained. - Helen Keller

“Homelessness isn’t important.” Mayor Rob Ford.

Really this Mayor has to go. He is spending 400,000.00 a year for 5 years to remove Graffiti. This is outrageous; this money could be used to help with the poverty in the City of Toronto. When I lived in Toronto I volunteered with many organizations that dealt with homelessness, street people and low-income housing it was heart breaking to see how these people lived. Somebody needs to take responsibility.
