Inside Out Again

Another day when it was best to be looking out of the window instead of struggling with the weather. This is also the obligatory Christmas tree blip (it is a rule, isn't it?) as I got the tree up yesterday. I'd say brute force was used if I had any brute force, but I was knackered by the end of the process! Sawing that slice off the trunk when you've only got a hand saw, getting it upstairs (I have an upside down house), manoeuvring it onto the tree stand, getting the decorations on.....I needed a drink by the end! To think I have to reverse the process on 6 January....well, I'm trying not to think of it :-)
