Wood Sage Macro

This is a macro of the plant I did a diagonal monochrome of last week. It is possibly Wood Sage but I do not have a defiitive identification. I thought the structure of these seed heads was worth exploring in detail so I brought a stem home to do a macro. This image is a photostack of eight shots, so you could view the delicate structure throughout.
