Time for a haircut

Today, we woke up to a reasonable nice day, so we decided to walk into Portobello to check out a local farmers market and the shops.

After a quick lunch we headed home but as we walked past a hairdresser we decided to see if they had space to cut CJ's hair - we were in luck - they had a no-show so could cut it straight away!

This is only the second time we have had his haircut so we weren't sure how he would react - but after the initial shock of the noise and bustle he settled down and sat on my lap, happily munching on a biscuit, hardly caring about the snipping around his head.

I will miss the surfer dude look but not the little girl curls that it had recently turned into!
