Larch Tree-Frog - Rana monstera

Lousy weather - dull, breezy and damp.

I reckoned it was a day to stay indoors and be creative so a short visit to some local woods provided me with a few images to work with. I started off working on a toadstool but gave up on that.

I had more success with the exposed roots of a larch tree surrounded by a bed of fallen larch needles. These readily deformed into a tree-frog monster with the help of the polar coordinates filter.

Tomorrow's weather is supposed to be lousy as well so we'll have to see what inspires me then.
