Not a Ferrero Rocher in Sight

An invitation from the British Consul-General for Western Japan to join him and his wife for seasonal mulled wine and snacks seemed too good to turn down. Had I known that the wearing of Christmas hats would be mandatory I may have reconsidered ;) and there wasn't a Ferrero Rocher in sight! Just as well the mulled wine was fabulous… as were the 'specially imported from the UK' Mince Pies! The assorted company was pretty good too!
