Will and the Dog Team

Today's the day ............................ to dribble

It was pouring with rain today - but we went out for a walk anyway.

As we approached a farm, these three dogs bounded towards us. The one at the front had a blue football which he expertly dribbled with his front paws and his nose. The other two occasionally joined in - and between them they managed to keep the ball in play - all the while going at a fair lick along the road.

It was a brilliant display of skilful ball-handling. They wanted us to join in too - which we did with pleasure . The only trouble was they wanted to play for the rest of the day - they loved it so much.

Just as well the farmer appeared on her quad bike and carried off their ball back to the farmyard - or we would be there still ........................
