'Tis the Season

...but I'm not quite jolly yet.

Some weeks ago for reasons which now escape me but seemed like a good idea at the time I decided to invite all the neighbours up for drinks this Sunday afternoon.

Therefore, I have spent the day doing housework and this evening wrapping presents and making paper chains. My list of tasks for tomorrow is still too long and involves things that I should have done around the house months ago like putting a snib on the bathroom door!

What on earth possessed me?
