Little Dipper

Here's a lovely little dipper on the local stream. They're funny little birds, aquatic but without webbed feet. I've often seen them in pairs but this one was alone today and sat just still enough to let me catch a passably clear shot hand-held.

Otherwise very little to report, just sorting stuff for Christmas and generally being self-indulgent.
