Darkest Day of The Year

As old Finnish folk proverb says it :
Today starts Christmas time along good Tuomas (version of name Thomas) who has name day today in Finland, and ends when bad Nuutti (Knut) takes it away at his name day 13th January.
Also solstice today. The length of day was only 5 hours 41 min in Hamina.

We were spoiled with actual sunlight to celebrate it!
