What a blowy rainy night! Twitter was full of reports of local roads blocked by trees down or flooding. En route to the biker cafe to meet our friends for breakfast we saw probably the worse flooding of the River Cuckmere we can remember. When we took the pups out during a brief sunny interlude we couldn't cross the road at Hellingly where the flood marker read 18 inches. Bit of a problem when Storm is 10 inches to his shoulder and the girls are 8 inches!

A fellow dog walker stopped us to ask if the dogs were Christmas present puppies. I suppose having midget dogs the assumption will always be eternal youth lucky them.

The Husband is cooking tonight for his sister, her partner and his mother. I guess there is no escaping Christmas has started now!
