'Christmas Cheer'

Wishing all our our friends in Europe, the UK and North America a very happy Christmas today.

Ours is all but over now. Another pretty big day for everyone. Kids were awake by 6:30 this morning to see if Santa had visited and yes he certainly had. He ate all of his fruit mince pie, chocolate and drank his milk that the kids had prepared for him which were set on a bank of drawers by the front door lit by candlelight. His reindeer had also eaten the special food that they had left on the driveway to guide them all here.

Santa had left them both a box containing about 10 silk worms each with a written note on how to take care of them and what to expect as they develop. Should be fun to watch as they have already started spinning their silk cocoons. He also left some clothes, special Dora the explorer body wash & bubble bath and various other bits and bobs. Very practical is Santa.

A big Christmas lunch at Mum's house today with both my family and MsMuns family. Everybody chipped in a brought something along to eat or drink. The food was all great as usual, and I've tucked into some of the leftovers for dinner with Dylan.

Hope everybody has had / is having a wonderful day with family and friends wherever you are celebrating today.

Cheers and peace to you all.
