My New View 3 - Lights Out

I noticed something peculiar as I looked out the window this evening. The view from my window was completely black. The lights on the street were all off and only the headlights from the cars illuminated the dark scene. It was quite an odd site. Perhaps it was a new way for Madrid to save money on electricity?

A few days later Pablo sent me a link saying that it was a strike. Typical, haha.
