Treasures

2013 is going out with a grey wet day, so an indoor blip from me - sorry!
This little set of shelves is in our spare bedroom and is the home of many little treasures together with books that are suitable for dipping into, just right for guests. It takes a lot of dusting!
New Year's Eve will be quiet in our household. When we had a young family we used to have a New Year's Eve party with families with children of a similar age. In later years we used to go to a party at the Golf Club. Now we are happy to stay at home, watching the fireworks on TV.
