My last day of 2013 was a busy, but fun, one. By lunchtime I'd read, knitted, caught up on the last two episodes of Gaiman's Neverwhere, and been out for a run. In the afternoon I prepared for our New Year's Eve dinner party in the evening.
Our hogmanay celebrations were fabulous: games, chat and dinner at the house, then a walk up Calton Hill to see the fireworks, and back home again for more chat until the early hours. Mr hazelh and I finally made it into bed at 04:00am - very, very happy :-)
My blip is of the National Monument of Scotland just before the fireworks at midnight.
I wish my blipfriends all the best for 2014!
Exercise today: St Mark's Park route in 29'23".
