And what a foul, grey cold and wet and windy day.... this daft eejit was taking part in the Maldon Rowing Race on the Blackwater.

We also discovered that one of the Thames Barges has now transformed itself into a Quayside café during the winter months - so a very civilised coffee & cake to follow.
Despite the 'orrible weather, a very enjoyable outing, a good start to the New Year.
