Pilates attic

Nipped into town today to get some shots for Jo, Ruth and Andy at the Pilates attic. I managed to get quite a few good ones. Plus I managed to do a jack knife on a yoga ball. I had to give it a try after seeing them do it. I managed it, just about, albeit quite a bit less gracefully than them.

After that I had a wander round town and stopped for a coffee where I bumped into Chris and Sofie.
