Day 2 - Resolution 2

Don't be just kind. Make the choice to be kinder than necessary*. Extend your kindness to people (and cats) you may think are not kind (or even bitchy) themselves. Your smile, your words of encouragement could mean something to them.

Most certainly extend this kindness to you; be as kind to yourself as you are to others. Please.
