Spirulina powder.

The ancient blue green algae is cultivated sustainably in open air fresh water ponds. It is a planet friendly source of protein, essential amino acids and minerals.

I couldn't give a toss, it tastes horrific. 6 more to down before the detox is over. I think my detox companion has let me down as her first attempt left her sicking it back up into the cup!

Thoughts with Nan tonight has she has been told she has a choice to make: kidney dialysis three times at week or leave it to fate. Xx
