Schofield

Went to visit a friend and met Schofield, not Philip but a snake of the same name. This 20 year old corn snake is a beautiful creature, fascinating to watch moving about with minimal muscle action. It shares a vivarium with another, darker coloured corn snake, Eamon. Didn't handle him as he has a reputation for being a bit bad-tempered.

After an over-indulgent Christmas maybe I should adopt the same diet as a corn snake, just one good meal once a month. Not sure I fancy consuming a mouse though!
