Looking Shropshire way...

Started the day by taking down some of the Christmas decorations. The tree will be the last tomorrow.

As the weather is set to be rather unpleasant tomorrow we got out for a walk this afternoon. A couple of hours around Tittesworth Reservoir just out side Leek was enough.

I'd taken lots of photos of the grey day, so wasn't expecting much for my blip for today. Our route home took us to the top of Gun Moor (373 m or 1,224 ft high) where there are spectacular views.

This was taken from there, facing south west over to Shropshire. The hill on the left is The Wrekin. You can just see the mast for The Wrekin transmitting station. The hill on the left is Caer Caradoc.

We were just so surprised to see a sunset, as there was no hint of it on our walk.
