Another rainy day, providing the chance to start doing a bit more work on a new poetry project.

Where better to start than rummaging through your shelves, and where better to begin than a through to d.

As a side thought, it's interesting to notice how your mind sifts and filters for an image that says something of the story of the day. Not necessarily a picture of something, and not necessarily a good picture.

I think that's what is likely to make this photo-a day a more meaningful journal practice in the long run, for me anyway.
