Calendula

Today's blip is of a couple of Calendula (Pot Marigold) which are still flowering happily outdoors in the Mini Wildflower Meadow.

We were lucky enough to have another dry day, mild and no wind. I was able to dry a load of washing outdoors. I also, finally, repaired the roof glazing of the greenhouse, some of the panes of glass had slipped during the gales and lots of rain was getting into the greenhouse, it is now all sealed up and being tested by the rain which started late evening.

I also spent a couple of hours clearing branches which had come down in the gales, the green bin is gradually filling up. It's so good to be outdoors and gardening!
