I've started going for little walks during my lunch break after I read even people in Australia have vitamine D deficit. All because we slip, slap & slop. Now the doctors and scientist don't know what to advise people. What is enough sun, what is too much sun. It is an important issue in the country of high rate of skin cancer, but the new argument is that vit D protects from many many illnesses. So I go with the "need some sun" option, as I spend 9 hours a day in the office, and only get a little in the morning and a little in the evening. I'll just slap some sunblock onto my precious ageing face.
